DOW JONES (DIA)
NASDAQ (QQQ)
S&P 500 (SPY)  & RUSSELL 2000 (IWM)
____

On Saturday, May 2nd, Warren Buffett hosted his annual Berkshire Hathaway's shareholders meeting.  We found out a few things that the- arguably- best investor of all time is doing.

He's hoarding cash and has over $137 billion to deploy as he sees fit.  Unfortunately, he doesn't see anything  'attractive' anywhere.

He's also very bearish on airlines, citing,
“The world has changed for the airlines.   And I don’t know how it’s changed and I hope it corrects itself in a reasonably prompt way,”   He continues, “I don’t know if Americans have now changed their habits or will change their habits because of the extended period.” But “I think there are certain industries, and unfortunately, I think that the airline industry, among others, that are really hurt by a forced shutdown by events that are far beyond our control."

We also found out in that conference that he sold off his shares in major airlines such as Delta (DAL), South West (LUV), United (UAL) and American (AAL).

Despite him not knowing "what the market is going to do tomorrow, next week, next month, next year... ... [he] know[s] America’s going to move forward over time.  Buffett is convinced "that nothing can basically stop America" and "in the end the answer is never bet against America".

Buffett has and continues to remain true to his value based investing philosophy and that is something I can always stand behind and respect.

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (HTZ)
____

We went long Hertz a few trading days ago, despite the circulating rumors of bankruptcy.  We think that the potential for $4 and beyond is a real possibility with this stock.

Place HTZ on your watchlist, it looks primed to run.

Walmart Inc. (WMT)
____

Realizing that Amazon (AMZN) isn't the only play in town.  We felt Walmart, among others, is a potential play to benefit off of individuals being quarantined in their homes.  In conjunction; the technical chart offered a good set-up.

We entered this trade a few trading days ago and saw profit almost immediately.  Despite the stock being up over 10% in such a short period of time; I think we can get close to $150.

Place WMT on your watchlist, I can see more upside.

Groupon, Inc. (GRPN)
____

We took a long trade in Groupon a few trading days ago.  I believed the stock was poised to, at minimum, double in share price.  Since entering this trade, premium members gained close to 100% in gains.  The stock has since pulled back but despite that, I do believe, this stock will once again continue to trend up with the right environment.  Place Groupon on your watchlist, it can potentially double from here.

Philip Morris International Inc. (PM)
____

We went short PM in the premium member community several weeks ago and looking to put on another short trade.   The stock has been in a technical downtrend for several years (3 to be exact) and while the stock has collapsed with the overall market; we believe there is more downside left.  Place PM on your short watchlist.
