What the what?! Even as a market speculator for over a decade; I did not know Friday was coming. To be clear though; I did expect a pull back; however, did not know that it was coming on Friday. You see, back in early July of 2016; I told premium members that I expected a pullback (short-term) and indicated; it was wise to short the market and so we did. This wasn't an easy trade to hold as we saw all time highs several weeks in the month of August. It was difficult; to say the least, to hold on to a short position considering the new highs we were experiencing but with an average of 217/218 ($SPY); our portfolio is a few percentages richer because of that play. So I guess the difficulty paid off. With the SPY sitting on support (in my opinion), the question becomes, what next? If I couldn't predict Friday; I surely can't predict Monday BUT one can place their bets based on what they are seeing, OR, you can make the decision to do nothing. I learned a while back that you don't always need to be in the markets. I am sure most will try to place their bets tomorrow and most with undoubtedly get it wrong. But for those of you who want some direction. Take the time out to read these blogs. Blog, Blog, Blog and Blog. Plan your trade and trade your plan.
