22nd Century Group, Inc. (XXII)
Last week, I presented XXII as a trade idea; if you want to know my reasons why, I talk about it HERE.
Almost immediately, the stock sold off 15%. Going as low as $2.19. This didn’t trouble me one bit. In fact, I immediately placed an order to pick up more shares.
Let me give you a brief story about pullbacks.
Several months ago, I alerted premium members to a company by the name Glu Mobile (GLUU) -a mobile game developer.
At the time, premium members were able to get into the trade with a buy-zone of $2-$2.45.
When I released the trade idea to free subs, the stock was trading in the mid $3s (42% premium).
Similar to XXII, the weeks following our release to free subs, the stock shed north of 10%.
I am sure, a great deal of my free subs inevitably took a loss on the trade because they didn't understand the dynamics of how stocks work. That is, they never go up in a straight line (you have your pullbacks).
Premium members, on the other hand, faired differently. They stuck with the trade and eventually went on to gain over 100% in profits. And to date (from buy-zone); members have enjoyed a cool gain of 287%.
Why do I recant this story?
Well, a great deal of you might be wondering what has changed within a week and why did the stock sell-off.
My answer to you is: nothing changed. I am bullish and remain bullish with a conservative $4 price target.
